- peaches (1 cup)
- strawberries (2 cups)
- whole almonds (handful)
- flax seeds (2 tea spoons)
- rolled oats (about a handful)
- coconut flakes (as many as you like)
- strawberry yogurt (1 cup)
- filtered water
**sidenote: all the fruit used was previously frozen because I don't live in an area that provides fresh fruit all year..
